Safety is our Highest Priority

Safety

Safety is our highest priority.

AA&ES has obtained full prequalification on the Achilles system. This ensures our team exceed the highest safety standards and arrive home safely.

Thinking and working safely is part of our culture and we are proud of our incident and injury free safety record.

Our Goal – Zero Harm

AA&ES is committed to the health and safety of its employees and for all who are involved in our operations. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a continuous objective. We are committed to continuing improvement toward an accident-free workplace through effective administration, education and training. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objectives of eliminating the “near misses” which will greatly reduce the risk of injuries.

Our philosophy is that the well-being of our company and clients is dependent on the health and safety of our workforce. The Directors of AA&ES assure that every reasonable precaution in all circumstances is taken for the protection of all workers. No job is to be regarded so urgent that time cannot be taken to do it in a safe manner.

Environment

AA&ES, as specialists in Conservation and Land Management, is committed to the Environment.

AA&ES has a commitment to protect the Environment and Natural Resources and strives to minimise the environmental impact of its mechanical activities by preventing pollution and managing work sites to prevent environmental degradation through erosion of land and sediment of creeks and waterways.

Due to the nature of our business we are in a strong position to influence environmental best practice and to demonstrate our good environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
